By booking an appointment, using our services, or visiting our salon, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully.

All services are provided by qualified and insured beauty therapists in accordance with industry standards and best practices. We reserve the right to refuse service if we believe it may compromise your health or safety.

Bookings are confirmed upon receipt of the required booking deposit.
A non-refundable booking deposit is required to secure all appointments. The deposit amount varies by treatment and will be clearly communicated at the time of booking. This deposit will be deducted from the total treatment cost.

Appointments may be rescheduled without penalty if at least 48 hours notice is provided. The original booking deposit will be transferred to the new appointment date.
