Is parking available?
Yes there are three free car parks very close to the salon, all just a 2 minute walk.
Do I need a patch test before my treatment?
Any lash or brow treatments (except waxing) require a patch test to be carried out 48 hours prior to your treatment. There are no circumstances where a treatment will continue without a patch test. If you have any irritation or reaction you must inform us straight away and the treatment will not be able to go ahead.
Do I need to book extra time for nail art?
Yes. All our nail art is hand drawn and therefore requires extra time. This includes French manicures. We offer two types of nail art options – simple and complex. If you are unsure on the category your idea falls into, then please email or DM us a photo and we can let you know.
Do you offer gift vouchers?
Gift vouchers are valid for a period of 6 months and the expiry date is stated on the voucher. Gift vouchers cannot be redeemed for cash. Gift vouchers must be handed to the therapist upon checkout.
Salon Policies
Booking & Cancellation Policy
A non-refundable booking deposit is required to secure all appointments. This deposit demonstrates your commitment to the appointment and helps us manage our schedule effectively.
Cancellation Terms:
- To cancel or reschedule your appointment, please contact us by phone at 020 1234 5678 at least 48 hours in advance.
- Cancellations made with 24-48 hours notice will incur a charge of 50% of the treatment cost to cover loss of earnings.
- Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice or missed appointments ("no-shows") will incur a 100% cancellation fee.
- Booking deposits are transferable to another appointment date if at least 48 hours notice is provided.
- Please note: Cancellation requests cannot be processed via social media or email. You must call the salon directly.
Medical Conditions & Pregnancy
Your health and safety are our top priorities. Please inform your therapist of any medical conditions, medications, or allergies before your treatment. If you have any changes to your medical history since your last visit, including pregnancy, please notify us immediately as some treatments may need to be modified or postponed for your wellbeing.
Treatment Satisfaction Guarantee
We are committed to ensuring you are completely satisfied with your treatment. If you are unhappy with any aspect of your service, please contact us within 7 days of your appointment. We will arrange for your original therapist to address any concerns at no additional charge.
Where possible, we kindly request photographic evidence of the issue to help us better understand and resolve your concern. Please note that while we will rectify any issues, monetary refunds on completed treatments are not provided.
Late Arrival Policy
We understand that delays happen. However, if you arrive more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, we may need to reschedule your treatment or reduce the service time to accommodate other clients. Please call us if you anticipate being late, and we will do our best to accommodate you.
Hygiene & Safety Standards
We maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene. All equipment is thoroughly sterilized between clients, and we use disposable items wherever possible. If you have any concerns about our hygiene practices, please do not hesitate to speak with your therapist.
